Afternoon Blend
A finely balanced blend of two Chinese black teas, Yunnan and Keemun.
Large leaves flecked with silver tips brew a light yet aromatic tea with a natural sweetness and fruitiness. Best enjoyed without milk.
Inspiration for this blend came from a desire to create a black tea for the afternoon that does not need milk, that is unique and full of flavour. This tea is a wonderful example of how complex Chinese black teas can be.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
