Quince, Apple & Cumin

Quince: The Japonica quince is a species of flowering quince native to Japan. The perfumed fruits are round, yellow and hard but the drying process helps release the sugars and makes for a fragrant and naturally sweet infusion.

Apple: Picked from the fruit tress of abandoned house in the remote forests of Lithuania, the variety of apple may always be slightly different. Hand sliced and then dried in a wood fired oven, apple will lend a sweet tanginess to a tisane.

Cumin: Cumin seeds have a strong pungent aroma, and distinctive peppery flavour. Left whole, or ground, an infusion of the seeds is bittersweet in taste and can help add depth to a blend.

Ingredients: Quince, Apple & Cumin
Size: Quince 30g/ Apple 30g/ Cumin 30g
Brew: Blend each ingredient to suit your preference, brew with 100°C water.
