Red Rooibos
A full-bodied infusion that makes a perfect naturally caffeine-free alternative to black tea.
Rooibos, also known as Red Bush tea, is endemic to the shrubland of the Cederberg mountains in South Africa. Grown wild, the needle-like plant is dried in the sun, cut into small pieces and allowed to oxidise to develop its deep ruby colour and rounded, nutty flavour. Delicious taken with or without milk.
Size: 100g.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 4-5 minutes.
