Pouchong Oolong
NEW HARVEST
A very lightly oxidised oolong has the refreshing character of a green tea as well as the aromatic flavours of an oolong. It brews a pale yellow liquor with a buttery, smooth mouthfeel and sweet floral notes that fill the palate.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 2 minutes.
