Inspired by the French love of blackcurrant, our Cassis blend is a sweet, fruity brew for afternoon tea.
Natural blackcurrant essential oil marries perfectly with the subtle smokiness of Chinese black tea and balanced, light Ceylon. With a deep blackcurrant flavour, this tea pairs well with sweet treats.
Cassis blend is delicious with a slice of lemon, as well as with or without milk.
Ingredients: China F.O.P., Ceylon O.P., blackcurrant essential oil
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
