Oku No Yama Matcha + Sifter Caddy
Oku No Yama Matcha + Sifter Caddy

Make the most of the finest matcha sourced from a very prestigious tea garden in Uji Japan, with this caddy that comes with a removable wire mesh and a spatula to shift the power.

Matcha is best prepared once sifted to remove small lumps and this caddy can store up to three packs of the matcha. Oku No Yama is the highest quality of Matcha available and made purely from the Oku No Yama cultivar without blending, this Matcha is smooth and creamy with a distinctive umami flavour.

The Oku No Yama tea garden is the only remaining garden of the Uji Shichimeien, the 'seven distinguished tea gardens of Uji'. 20 years of testing and refining the cultivar has lead to the development of a powerful flavour with an incredibly long aftertaste and no hint of bitterness.
