Plucked in early spring, delicate Silver Needle white tea is layered with fresh jasmine blossoms, which gently scent the tea with their aroma.
The furry buds brew a pale yellow clear and bright liquor with a smooth and mild flavour of jasmine and hints of hay.
This Jasmine tea is the highest grade available. It has more sweetness and depth than jasmine-scented green tea, and can be brewed for longer to release the floral notes.
Brew: Measure 2g (1 heaped teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 80°C for 3 minutes.
