Bonajuto, located in the baroque town of Modica, is the oldest chocolate and confectionary factory in Sicily, operating since 1759. The Bonajuto family use traditional recipes passed down through six generations.

This nougat is made with whole Sicilian almonds, and comes in two flavours - roasted almond and white almond. Roasted almond has a deep caramel-like colour and flavour with a crunchy consistency. White almond flavour has a soft and slightly chewy consistency.
