Summer Jasmine, Calendula & Elderflower
Summer Jasmine: This plant offers the first of the colours to Summer in Lithuania and an infusion is both heady and floral. Laid out on mesh trays, the flowers are then constantly turned over to help the drying process.
Calendula: With anti-septic and astringent properties, Calendula is typically used for ointments and cosmetic products. Pungent in aroma, the vibrant orange petals of this edible flower make for a delicate and pleasantly bitter stating infusion.
Elderflower: The plant can be found growing in hedge rows and woodland areas in Europe, south-west and north Africa. Once in bloom, the delicate but fragrant flowers are best picked on a bright morning and make for a sweet and refreshing infusion.

Brew: Blend each ingredient to suit your preference, brew with 100°C water.
