Tieguanyin Oolong
Harvested from middle to late May, when the leaves are more mature than those picked for the green tea. Loosely balled leaves ranging from dark to bright green with the scent reminiscent of lily of the valley. This tea has a creamy, sweet flavour with notes of floral gardenia and fine white Meursault wine.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 1-2 minutes.
