Spring Nettle

Spring Nettle
Spring Nettle

Harvested in early spring just before coming into flower, nettle is the first herb of the year.

We source organic nettle gathered from the forest floor in Lithuania where the soil is rich in nutrients and perfect for growing a fresh-tasting nettle. This tisane has a rich, earthy flavour and a hint of sweetness.

Nettle is renowned for its wide range of health benefits. It is a detoxifying herb, reducing oxidative stress, decreasing inflammation and promoting low blood pressure.

Size: 40g.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3-4 minutes.
