We hope you will be happy with the products you purchase from My Cup of Tea. If, however, you wish to return your order you can return teaware items or prepackaged products in store or by post. Items for return must be unused and in their original condition.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for any loose tea or tisanes. We sell all our teas by weight; we keep them in large caddies in our shop and package them to order for each customer. When packaged the teas are not airtight sealed but are closed with a wire fastener, which is why it is not possible for us to accept refunds or exchanges for these products.
If you wish to return teaware or prepackaged products by post you may do so within 30 days of delivery, and we will make a refund of eligible items minus delivery costs. My Cup of Tea is not responsible for payment of return postage. Please retain proof of postage.
All tastings must be paid for in advance to secure booking. Tickets are non-refundable. However, with a minimum of 48 hours notice tickets can be transferred to another name.
