Fennel & Green Rooibos
Commonly consumed as an after dinner herbal drink, fennel has a sweet aroma and a distinctive liquorice-like flavour.
Elderflower and quince provide a natural sweetness to the blend as well as a crisp, thirst-quenching character. Green rooibos is a fresh and balancing base, gently taking on the flavours of cinnamon and fennel.
This blend brews a deep golden liquor with a smooth body. It can be drunk to ease bloating and aid digestion.

Ingredients: Green rooibos, quince, organic rooibos, cinnamon, elderflower, fennel, lime blossom.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 4-5 minutes.
