This blend can also be added to boiling water and used as a steam inhalant to fight infections. The least sweet of our tisanes, this blend has a warming, comforting earthiness. Thyme is known for its antibacterial properties, and is a good source of vitamins A and C, making it the perfect tonic.

Ingredients: Thyme, marjoram, peppermint.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 4-5 minutes.
