Our signature Earl Grey is a light and fragrant blend of Chinese Keemun black tea flavoured with natural bergamot essential oil.
Mellow and smooth with delicate floral notes, this is the perfect cup for an afternoon tea. We use a Chinese tea for the base of our Earl Grey as a homage to the original recipe.
Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
