Spicy Indian Chai
A warming blend of Chinese black tea with traditional chai spices.
Ginger, cloves, red peppercorns and cardamom give a warmth and richness to this blend. Natural essential oils provide a subtle sweetness and honey-like character, and the base of Chinese black tea adds a hint of smokiness to the cup.
Delicious when prepared the traditional way by boiling the tea with milk and sugar.
Ingredients: China F.O.P., ginger, cloves, red peppercorns, cardamom, natural essential oil
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
