White Jasmine
A delicate jasmine-scented green tea with a heady floral aroma and a mellow sweetness.
This jasmine tea is made the traditional way by spreading the tea leaves over trays and layering with freshly-picked white jasmine flowers.
This scenting process is repeated five or six times to ensure the tealeaves take on the scent slowly, resulting in a refined flavour.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 80°C for 3 minutes.
