Yunnan Green
A traditional green tea from Yunnan province in China, a region known as the birthplace of tea where it first grew around two centuries ago.
This tea has a complex flavour and a grassy, sappy aroma. The silvery buds brew a full-bodied golden liquor with notes of roasted nuts. The leaves can be re-brewed up to three or four times, each infusion giving varying vegetal notes.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
