This blend has a zesty aroma and a refreshing aftertaste with notes of sherbet and ginger. Lemon myrtle grows wild in the rainforests of Queensland, and is a powerful antioxidant. The olive-green leaves are full of vitamins and minerals and are often used for their antiseptic properties.

Ingredients: Rooibos, apple, lime blossom, lemon myrtle, marigold, yuzu peel, ginger, lemon essential oil.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 4-5 minutes.
