Made purely from the Oku No Yama cultivar without blending, this Matcha is smooth and creamy with a distinctive umami flavour. Oku No Yama is the highest quality of Matcha available.
The Oku No Yama tea garden is the only remaining garden of the Uji Shichimeien, the “seven distinguished tea gardens of Uji”. 20 years of testing and refining the cultivar has lead to the development of a powerful flavour with an incredibly long aftertaste and no hint of bitterness.

Prepare: Whisk into 70°C water with the bamboo whisk until fully dissolved.
