Organic High Mountain Oolong
Incredibly fragrant and sweet, this Gaoshan tea from the Nantou district in Taiwan brews a deep golden honey-like liquor.
With a long smooth finish and a fresh floral aroma, it brews many infusions with notes of peach and hazlenuts. The flavour profile is multi-layered with a natural fruitiness and a long aftertaste.
To brew this tea gong fu style, use a large amount of leaf, boiling water and lots of short infusions. To brew Western style, use less leaf, 85°C water and a longer infusion time, which will yield less infusions.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 2 minutes.
