Organic Milk Oolong

Organic Milk Oolong
Organic Milk Oolong

A very floral and aromatic balled oolong made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, which gives the tea its naturally creamy, silky mouthfeel.

Organically grown at high altitude in the Nantou region, its long aftertaste has distinct orchid notes and a lasting sweetness. The liquor has a yellowy-golden hue and a medium body.

Although a relatively new cultivar, developed in the 1980s, Jin Xuan is now one of the most popular cultivars grown in Taiwan today.

Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 2-3 minutes.
