Lemon verbena and honey-scented lime blossom combined with fragrant almond notes of orange blossom.
This is a soothing infusion reminiscent of Provence with complex layers of sweetness, heady floral aromas and hints of woodiness from refreshing Thai lemongrass. Delicious when brewed hot and then poured over ice.

Ingredients: Lemon verbena, lemongrass, lime blossom, mint, orange blossoms.
Brew: Measure 1 teaspoon per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 4-5 minutes.
