Yellow Tea

Harvested in spring in China, these stunning yellow buds give a light amber liquor with a fresh, light body.

The rich and nutritious soil in Yunnan, along with the temperate climate, make this mountainous region perfect for growing some of the finest teas in the world. The large buds turn a deep golden colour as they oxidise, and taste more delicate than other black teas. Yunnan Celeste is best brewed slightly below boiling to bring out its floral notes.

Leaf grade: T.G.F.O.P.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
