Namdang Assam

A broken leaf tea that brews a strong, deep mahogany-coloured liquor with a warming spiciness and notes of caramel.

This tea is perfect for boiling with sugar and spices to make Masala Chai.

Leaf grade: B.P.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 100°C for 3 minutes.
