Scented with fresh jasmine flowers, each leaf set is hand-rolled into a silvery pearl-shaped ball.
Jasmine Pearls is a very delicate green tea made in Hunan province in China from tender young tea shoots picked by hand in the spring.
Use five pearls per cup, add water and watch them unfurl. The pearls can be brewed multiple times, each infusion giving varying sweet floral notes.
Brew: Measure 3g (1 teaspoon) per 200ml cup. Infuse at 85°C for 4 minutes.
